Looks like Buckminster Fuller, who I believe made an appearance there in the mid 1970's.

Yes, of course! I should have recognized him. Bucky was here in 1973 to receive an honorary degree.

He also came back I believe in1977-1978 and gave a talk in cc308. I was one of a few students that had the opportunity to have a most fascinating dinner with him
