• Due to staff shortages, archives staff are currently prioritizing reference queries and research interest to meet the needs of RPI faculty, staff and students first. For folks who aren't part of the immediate Rensselaer community, your research queries are important to us. We look forward to connecting you with the resources and information you need, however please expect longer than usual wait times to hear back from an archivist. Depending on the intensity of your research, we might ask that you wait until we can invite you to conduct your research in person.
• We are not assisting walk-ins at this time.
• Only members of the Rensselaer Community (Faculty, Staff & Students) are permitted in the Archives until further notice.

The Institute Archives & Special Collections is open to Faculty, Staff & Students who must:
